1: Factory Demo Warranty
|
|
All Little Giant Factory Demos are covered by an industry leading manufacturer’s warranty. Type 1A & 1AA Demo Little Giant Ladders are covered by a 5-Year Warranty on materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover scratches, dents or cosmetic imperfections.

2: Factory Demo Shipping Policy
|
|
Free Shipping is provided on all Factory Demo orders directly from the manufacturer via FedEx Ground within 1-2 business days of the order date. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for FedEx to deliver your package. All factory demo orders are subject to availability at the time you place your order. Orders will be processed and shipped in the order that they are received. Shipping time may vary based on product availability. We do not currently ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

3: Factory Demo Return Policy
|
|
Factory Demo will return/refund any item purchased from the website within 60 days of the product receipt date with the following conditions:
1. Customer must call us at 1-888-602-6278 and obtain a return number (RMA) for an authorized return of order.
2. Customer is subject to paying all freight charges to ship returned products to the manufacturer.
3. Customer will also be subject to a restocking fee on all returns:
Restocking Fees
$50 for all Ladder returns.
$35 for all Telescoping Plank returns.
$25 for all Little Jumbo Stepladder returns.
$10 for all Accessory returns.
Please Note: All of the above procedures must be followed in order to receive a refund.
